  This to me is very poor service, my request was very reasonable, especially when ordering from a distance, they least they could do was provide a photo, as they do not have any options listed in the website.

  I would not recommend this florist boutique, nor will I use them again. It's too bad, because they are the only florist in town. I am sure I am not the only one who calls from a distance to place orders, I understand being busy, but taking time to send a quick photo to a paying customer is not by any means, asking too much.

  On top of that, my friend did send me a photo and I was underwhelmed by the bouquet that cost $80. Very overpriced for not a great product or service.

  I called this morning to have an arrangement made up to send to the Blueberry Resort about 20 miles away for a friends wedding today. I asked for a nice fall bouquet and chocolates to be sent.

  THE BEST flower shop in the area. Stunning arrangements, friendly team, long lasting flowers. Lovely gifts and decor in their Christmas market at the moment too. Highly recommended...

  I called the florist to order a large bouquet from Ottawa for a friend who lives in Tremblant. I asked if the florist could send me a photo of what I was paying for before the flowers were delivered. She responded by saying, oh no, we don't have time to do that. I spent 80$ on an arrangement and I just wanted to see what it would look like, they told me to ask my friend to send me a photo, once they received it.
